3. Business Customers

These Terms also apply to organizations and agencies that access the Website, request information, purchase courses, or coordinate learner enrollments. Organization or group purchases remain enrollments in the individual courses identified in the order and are governed by the terms presented for those courses and that transaction.

Third-party names, trademarks, materials, and linked resources remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or reuse third-party content except as permitted by the applicable owner or by law.

Content may be used only as permitted by applicable copyright law or with our written permission.

7. Links to Other Websites

This Website may link to external websites, including official Florida government resources. Elevated Education Group LLC does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. When using forms, account features, or other communications tools, you must not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unsolicited promotional content; impersonate another person or organization; interfere with the Website; or attempt unauthorized access.
Messages and other information submitted through the Website may be reviewed and retained as described in the Privacy Policy. You may create an Account to use features that Elevated Education Group LLC makes available. You agree to provide accurate and current information. Public Florida CE resource pages may be viewed without an Account.

11. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts

12. Services, Pricing and Availability

The Website offers public resources and paid educational services. Course availability, price, access period, eligibility, approved CE hours, exact course identifiers, and Florida DFS approval details are displayed on the applicable course or checkout page. Each learner is responsible for verifying their individual Florida DFS transcript and license requirements before purchasing or enrolling.

13. Orders and Provision of Services

A displayed paid course and its checkout path constitute an offer subject to availability and the information shown before purchase. An order is completed only after the payment process confirms the transaction. Course access is provided to the applicable learner account after successful processing, subject to any stated enrollment conditions.
Transaction terms may include the selected course or courses, price, discounts, taxes or fees, learner access details, and service-specific conditions. Those terms apply when they are displayed and accepted during the applicable transaction. Packages or group orders consist of the individual courses identified in the order and are not represented as one Florida DFS-approved course unless separately approved.
Payment and enrollment processing are handled through the Website and its connected service providers. If a confirmed purchase does not result in expected learner access, contact info@elevatededucationgroup.com or use the Contact page with the purchaser name, course name, and purchase date. Do not send full payment-card information.

14. Cancellation of Orders and Services

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and the terms presented before checkout. Questions may be sent to info@elevatededucationgroup.com or through the Contact page. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation or refund approval.
Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the applicable transaction terms and course-access or completion status. A refund, withdrawal, or incomplete course does not create Florida continuing education credit.

Use of the Website is also governed by the Privacy Policy available at /privacy, which explains how Elevated Education Group LLC handles personal information.
